Get a Reconstruction Assessment
Full post-disaster reconstruction across the GTA. Licensed GC, one team start to finish.
One Company. Complete Restoration.
Most restoration companies stop at remediation — leaving you to find and coordinate a separate general contractor for the rebuild. This creates delays, disputes over scope, and gaps in accountability that can derail your insurance claim.
Wright Restorations Canada provides the complete cycle: emergency response, mitigation, remediation, and full reconstruction under one roof. Our licensed general contractors, electricians, plumbers, and finishing trades work as a single coordinated team — reducing your total project time by weeks and eliminating the stress of managing multiple contractors during an already difficult situation.
We prepare all estimates in Xactimate, work directly with your insurance adjuster, and manage the entire claims process from first notice of loss through final invoice. Our goal is to return your property to pre-loss condition — or better — as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

From Assessment to Handover
Damage Assessment & Scope
Our project managers conduct a thorough post-remediation assessment to document every element requiring reconstruction — from structural framing to cosmetic finishing. We photograph and measure everything, producing a detailed line-itemized scope of work.
Insurance Coordination
We submit our scope of work and Xactimate estimates directly to your insurance adjuster. Our team attends on-site adjuster meetings, responds to queries, and manages the approval process so you don't have to navigate the insurer alone.
Permits & Scheduling
All required Ontario Building Code permits are obtained before work begins. We coordinate trades, schedule inspections, and plan the sequence of work to minimize disruption to your household or business operations.
Structural & Mechanical
Framing, insulation, vapour barrier, subfloor, and any structural repairs are completed first. Electrical and plumbing rough-ins are inspected and approved before walls are closed.
Interior Finishing
Drywall installation, taping, mudding, and painting. Flooring, trim, doors, and cabinetry installation. Every finish is matched to pre-loss condition or upgraded per your preference.
Final Inspection & Handover
A detailed walkthrough with you ensures every item on the scope is complete to your satisfaction. We provide a full project completion package including warranty documentation and permit sign-offs.

Frequently Asked Questions About Post-Disaster Reconstruction in Ontario
"The biggest mistake homeowners make after a disaster is hiring a remediation company and a separate reconstruction contractor. The handoff between companies is where projects stall, costs balloon, and insurance disputes happen. We handle both under one contract and one warranty — that's the difference."
