Comprehensive Fire Restoration

Every Type of Fire & Smoke Damage We Restore

Structural Fire Damage

Charred framing, burned drywall, damaged roofing, and compromised structural elements — we assess, remove, and rebuild to code.

Smoke & Soot Damage

Smoke penetrates walls, HVAC systems, and contents. We use specialized techniques to remove soot from all surfaces without causing secondary damage.

Smoke Odour Elimination

Industrial ozone generation, thermal fogging, and hydroxyl treatment eliminate smoke odour at the molecular level — permanently.

Water Damage from Firefighting

Firefighting water causes significant secondary damage. We extract water and begin structural drying simultaneously with fire damage remediation.

Content Restoration

Furniture, clothing, documents, and electronics are professionally cleaned, deodorized, and restored at our facility.

Kitchen & Electrical Fires

Protein residue from kitchen fires requires specialized cleaning. Electrical fire damage requires assessment by licensed electricians before restoration.

Our Process

From Emergency Response to Complete Reconstruction

01

Emergency Board-Up & Securing

We immediately secure your property with board-up services, roof tarping, and temporary fencing to prevent further damage, theft, and unauthorized entry.

02

Damage Assessment

Certified fire restoration technicians conduct a comprehensive assessment of fire, smoke, soot, and water damage (from firefighting efforts). A detailed scope of work is prepared for your insurer.

03

Water Removal & Drying

Firefighting water is extracted and structural drying begins immediately to prevent mold growth alongside the damage assessment.

04

Smoke & Soot Removal

Specialized dry-cleaning sponges, HEPA vacuuming, and chemical sponging remove soot from all surfaces. Different soot types (wet, dry, protein) require different cleaning methods.

"Fire damage is deceptive — the visible char is often the least of it. Smoke travels through every gap in a structure, and soot from protein fires (kitchen fires) is nearly invisible but incredibly corrosive. We've seen stainless steel appliances permanently etched by protein soot that a homeowner thought was just a little grease fire."
